FREE your mind MOVE your body

at MUCS - 2000 Northcliffe Square #218 (use the side entrance)

This is a workshop for anybody who wants to feel refreshed both mentally and physically while stretching and movin’ around in an open and comfortable environment. Each class will be 90 minutes long and divided into 3 parts: Goal setting, Moving your body (warm up, stretch, aerobic exercise, abs&bums, cool down), and Relaxation. It may sound like a lot, but it is open to people of all backgrounds and levels, so just come ready to push yourself and try something new. Wear something comfortable to move around in (read: get ready to sweat). Don’t be nervous, just come check it out. Space is limited, but more classes will be added upon request, so email me to find out more or to tell me you’re in!

Please bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or large towel/blanket, water, pen & paper.
