The HeartSaver CPR course contains up-to-date content and science from the 2005 Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiac Care.
It is based on the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s ô CPR (A) course but with a notable exception - there will not be a certificate awarded on completion of this course.
The course teaches Emergency Scene Management ñ how to act, what to do in case of an accident, Primary Survey ñ what to do and how to act in response to a person being injured and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and relief of choking in adults.
